What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager, F-35 AME - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving requirements, strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and execution of contracts while leading multiple improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and execute contract requirements, strategy, proposals, negotiations, and award execution.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
- Manage hardware programs such as Aircraft Armament Equipment, Pilot Flight Equipment, helmets, drag chutes, and other LM build assemblies.
- Coordinate with the Joint Program Office and internal stakeholders including capture team, lot program managers, contracts, supply chain, manufacturing, property management, and sustainment organizations.
- Provide strategic planning and tactical execution to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining >50% on‑site presence.
