About the team you are joining
The Team is
responsible for enhancements and changes of the BSP & CASS platforms such
as IBSPs, BSPlink, CASSlink, generating business and system solutions and
deliver the development on time. In this
role, you will assist the Team members in the review and analysis of the
business requirements, writing and review of the user stories, supporting
various testing phases, and producing technical documents and user manuals.
What your day would be like
You will provide vital operational and
administrative support to ensure the seamless enhancement of our data
processing platforms:
- Requirement Support: Assist in the review of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria drafted by the vendor.
- Backlog & Design: Help the team organize and maintain the backlog for upcoming sprints. You will also assist in reviewing the design and user experience of front-end screens.
- Output Verification: Support the verification of output formats (ASCII, PDF, Excel) to ensure consistency with existing systems.
- Testing Assistance: Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), including executing manual test cases and reviewing vendor-recorded tests in TOSCA.
- Documentation: Help develop and maintain user manuals and other technical documentation required for the platform.
We would love to hear from you if
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (the degree should have been achieved within the last 12 months).
- Strong interest in software development lifecycles and agile (SCRUM) environments.
- Fast learner with the ability to acquire business and system knowledge quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to complex project environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Any familiarity with data processing platforms or IATA standards is considered an advantage.
IMPORTANT:
- For this internship, only applications from Singapore residents (Citizens and PRs) will be accepted. Applications from foreign students who are currently residing in Singapore and are authorized to perform an internship as part of their university program can also be accepted.
- This internship is a full-time commitment; the selected candidate must be available on a full-time basis.
- The selected candidate is required to commit to a minimum 6-month period, commencing in April or May 2026 onwards.
