Tasks
Once you join our team you will:
- Meet and welcome guests and visitors of the company
- Issue visitor badges, temporary badges and ensure compiance with the security rules
- Administration of the access control system
- Answer and forward phone calls and requests
- Ensure the proper appearance of the entrance building and report any damages problems to the superior
- Prepare documents required for issuing airport badges
- Administrating meeting rooms bookings
- Security related administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in the role you need:
- Excellent English knowledge, German will be an advantage
- High school diploma
- Very good computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint)
- High customer and service orientation
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Smart appearance
- High team spirit and positive work attitude
- Readiness to work flexible time
