Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with external Lufthansa Technik suppliers.
- Monitor the supply chain of aircraft materials to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Manage repair parts workflows and track performance according to agreed KPIs.

- Support the resolution of operational issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Contribute to process improvements and support purchasing and operational activities within the team.
Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree (or last year student)
- Very good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work well in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility regarding workload, working hours and occasional business travel.
