Key duties
- Perform core accounting tasks including account verification, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and financial valuations using standard references.
- Support financial operations by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data or documentation issues.
- Identify and escalate process deviations, applying standard procedures to maintain operational integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounting, Finance or related field an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to multitask and anticipate process before directed to do so;
- Ability to run reports, analyze data and prepare spreadsheets;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to prioritize duties and use good judgement;
- Degree in progress in Accounting, Finance or related field an asset;
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
