Join our Operations Department and develop hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting the teams that ensure safe, efficient and reliable airline operations every day.
During this placement you will contribute to real operational activities such as safety reporting, operational documentation, coordination tasks and logistics support, gaining practical exposure to how airline operations function behind the scenes.
This is a long term position (minimum of 6 months) designed to provide meaningful experience, real responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of airline operations. For many students, it can represent a first step toward a professional career in aviation.

How will it be to work with us?
Ground Operations, Documentation & Emergency Response
Support the preparation, update and distribution of Ground Operations procedures and operational documentation.
Assist in the development of safety awareness and internal communication initiatives related to ramp and ground activities.
Monitor and follow up on security and ground-related operational events, ensuring proper tracking and escalation.
Prepare reports, summaries and presentations related to operational trends, safety events and emergency response matters.
Support documentation control and record keeping within the Ground Operations and Security area.
Quality & Safety
Support Flight Safety activities, including Air Safety Report management and basic Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) analysis.
Assist with maintenance tooling calibration tracking and statistical control.
Support procedure manuals updates and compilation.
Assist with quality reports preparation and documentation.
Support training plan tracking and internal records management.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) material processes, including material requests and inventory verification.
Assist in sourcing materials based on availability and shipping options.
Coordinate with drivers, couriers and shipping providers to arrange shipments.
Track shipments and ensure inventory receipt transactions are completed upon delivery.

What will make you succeed in this position:
Student or recent graduate in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management or related field.
Availability for a full-time internship (minimum 6 months) starting as soon as possible.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work with operational data, reports and documentation.
Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken).
