As our
Loyalty Executive, you’ll support the delivery and development of
Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays Loyalty proposition. Reporting to the Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with the wider Data, Loyalty and Insights team, this role provides an exciting opportunity to support the delivery, growth and innovation of
Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays Customer Loyalty strategy.
This role will suit a commercially astute candidate who has experience of working with Loyalty platforms as well as developing partnerships and delivering successful campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- To support the Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager to shape the Loyalty strategy.
- End-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns, promotions, and partnership offers.
- Building relationships with, and working daily with, our external partners to deliver value to our customers.
- Maintain Loyalty activation plans, ensuring developments and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work as one team with the wider Marketing team on activation of Loyalty activity.
- Support relationships with internal teams as well as external agency partners.
- Take responsibility for the reporting of Loyalty activity and driving continual optimisations.
- Work closely with Data and Insights, as well as reviewing competitor activity, to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager to monitor and manage the Loyalty budget.

- Loyalty experience, is a strong advantage - whether that’s managing campaigns, analysing member behaviour, or helping improve customer journeys.
- Excellent relationships skills and experience of working with partners, and internal teams, on marketing campaigns is essential.
