- Test Case Development: Design and document UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans and test cases that align specifically with functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- UAT Execution: Lead and execute manual end-to-end test scripts to validate that new features meet business needs.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to development teams for resolution.
- Regression Testing: Work through regression testing cycles to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in project meetings to understand scope and contribute to the overall UAT strategy and planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field
- 7+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- Possesses clear understanding of business processes and how they impact final testing outcomes.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with onshore teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to design and implement automated UI or API tests to improve team efficiency.
- Experience with programming concepts and querying languages
- Experience creating and maintaining automation test jobs within a CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance, usability, and accessibility testing.
