Our Sales Teams are the first point of contact for all Vista Globals prospects; dealing with all aspects of their travel requirements as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that each flight is tailor-made to the member’s specific needs.

Your Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Seeking and closing sales via the international broker market.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Collaborating with brokers to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiating on price.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Dealing with charter inquiries from the website or via telephone.
- Providing quotes to potential clients or their brokers and making follow-up calls.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and operators.
- Acting as a liaison with customers regarding payments, needs analysis, and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency:
- Working closely with the scheduling department to ensure aircraft empty legs are utilized.
- Coordinating and finalizing trip bookings.
- Monitoring and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Ensuring profit margins are maintained.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and bookings.
- Generating reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Monitoring client feedback and maintaining communication records.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations.
Continuous Improvement and Team Collaboration:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Participating in training and development programs.
- Sharing market insights and feedback with the team.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- You will be dealing with clients from around the world, so fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
- We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the private aviation market, but having a keen interrest or
- Private aviation is a competitive market so you will be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction;
- In this fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to think on your feet will be key.
This role requires being authorized to work in the United States
Hourly rate range: $24 to $26 per hour + commission (on target earnings are circa $20,000 - $40,000 in year one)
