• Lead the strategy of frontline leader training, ensuring programs align with business priorities and operational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop training solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of leader training programs, including curriculum development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery planning.
• Design, plan and execute large-scale leader training events, ensuring seamless coordination and high-impact learning experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Learning, Labor, and People Business Partners, to ensure training is relevant, effective, and scalable.
• Facilitate leader training and functional training sessions, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
• Engage with airport leadership through focus groups, coaching, and other forums to ensure training programs meet their needs.
• Coordinate and centralize training efforts to drive consistency and enable knowledge sharing across locations.
• Define and track metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of training solutions.
• Use business insights, data analysis, and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and long-term training impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency and effectiveness through technology, innovation, and process enhancements.
