Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
About the Role:
The Material Handler I is responsible for assisting the various laboratories, fulfilling the right levels of inventory, and performing real time transactions in the ERP system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering temperature sensitive material to labs, issuing material to work orders and other uses, ensuring that all necessary transactions are completed in the ERP system.
- Experience in fulfillment activities including delivery of critical reagents to labs, Kanban of plastic supplies and completing transactions in an ERP system.
- Experience in rapid-growth life science environment working with temperature-sensitive materials a plus
- Must be able to create and maintain excel skills on a need basis
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enter Data into ERP system â Material Issuance, Transfer Orders, Inventory Transfers
- Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Forklift Certification preferred, not required
- California Drivers License as Required
- Previous work experience in a lab preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
