Reporting to the
Regional Manager, the
Senior Duty Manager plays a vital role leading the Duty Management team at
Antalya Airport and oversees the safe and efficient running of the
Jet2.com Airport Operations.
What will you do?
As a
hands-on role, you will actively engage and
create memories for our customers, serving as a representative for delivering exceptional
VIP Customer Service. You will
be present to ensure the smooth operation of both landside and airside activities, leading your team of
Jet2.com Duty Managers and their respective teams and
supervise third-party partners to achieve
Jet2.com's performance targets.
With a strong emphasis on safety, you will
take responsibility for conducting comprehensive checks on the entire
Jet2.com operation, exceeding quality standards, and fostering a safety-first culture.
Collaborating closely with your direct reports, you will thoroughly investigate any issues raised at your designated airport, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions.
During disruption, you will work as
one team alongside Duty Managers to lead service recovery efforts, coordinating closely with
Jet2holidays and other destination stakeholders to ensure the utmost care for
Jet2.com customers in any situation.
What We’re Looking For
- A Strong background in aviation
- Proven experience leading, motivating and coaching multi-level teams
- Experience working alongside third-party suppliers is essential
- Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service in a fast-paced operation
- Natural problem solver who remains calm under pressure
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- As we employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents for Türkiye.
