KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to core returns via phone and email.
•Contact customer to recover cores as per the due date via email and phone.
•Bill customer for late return fee as per the SPEX terms and conditions
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
•Provide exceptional customer service and support during critical situations
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
YOU MUST HAVE
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aircraft parts
• Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
