Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team and deliver world-class service within a dynamic private aviation environment. In this role, you will often be the first point of contact for aircraft crews, passengers, and visitors, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, professional, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist aircraft passengers and crew members with a warm, professional greeting upon arrival.
- Coordinate and manage guest services, including:
- Hotel reservations
- Ground transportation
- Catering arrangements
- Customs appointments
- Monitor aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate required services with operational teams.
- Ensure all departing aircraft receive requested amenities such as catering, refreshments, ice, and newspapers.
- Provide concierge-style support to passengers and flight crews.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve service requests, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate operational records using company systems.
- Promote and recommend company services to guests and crews.
- Support aircraft ground operations by coordinating with the Operations team.
- Assist guests and crews with luggage and provide transportation between facilities when required.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Aviation, customer service, hospitality, is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is an advantage

- Outstanding customer service and hospitality mindset

Working Environment
This role operates in a unique airport environment, with duties performed both inside the general aviation terminal and outside, landside and airside. Team members must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around active airside operations.
The position requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
