- Ensure crew rosters are planned in adherence to DGCA regulations.
- Maintain communication with internal and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of crew rosters while coordinating with multiple crew bases and centralized planning team.
- Feedback to optimization team for revisiting certain parameters for optimum crew productivity.
- Ensure crew queries are replied with correct information.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and company rules for roster planning.
- Keep abreast with the knowledge of current systems being used for roster planning.
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in the schedule.
- Provide timely feedback and escalations to respective stakeholders / managers to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Able to present data to team, managers and above.
Qualification & requirements.
i) Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred prior experience working in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations.
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand and comprehend data & records.
- Elementary knowledge of data maintenance and record keeping.
ii) Requirements
- Work experience of more than 4 years in the crew rostering/tracking/training domain.
- Experience working on AIMS & Jeppesen
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Good listening skills and zeal to learn.
- Should have knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of data interpretation and visualization.
- Knowledge of airline crew resources and operation.
- Good documentation skills and the ability to create trend for analysis
