The Role
easyJet wants to build the world’s leading airline retail offering and we are looking for someone to come and join our ambitious team.
The Inflight Retail team sits within our commercial function and is tasked with delivering a completely integrated retail strategy that delivers to the bottom line. We want to stay ahead of the latest consumer trends in food, cosmetics, and consumer goods, identify and implement technology disruption and build strong brand & retail partnerships. All of this within the unique retail environment that is an airline operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work closely with the Inflight Retail Managers, the Media Partnerships Manager, the Marketing function, the Managing Agent, suppliers and manage our 3rd party agencies with bringing to life marketing campaigns and creative assets for our Inflight offering. They will manage the creative development and implementation of Inflight Retail marketing campaigns while also owning the Inflight Customer journey touchpoints and analysing where and when we should be best interacting with our customers to drive brilliant customer experiences and revenue for the business.
In addition you will be responsible for the marketing strategy for IFR, the design and execution of IFR marketing campaigns with multiple suppliers across multiple channels
You will focus on improving the customer journey, identifying and developing any areas of internal and external CX improvement and opportunities and be responsible for the interface with finance, marketing, engineering, customer to ensure any activity is compatible, approved and aligned to easyJet’s brand and marketing strategy
How You Will Do It
As a passionate marketeer you will naturally have a keen interest in social and digital marketing and at least 2-3 years’ experience of working in a marketing team, either Client or Agency-side and on a large consumer brand across multiple channels.
You will understand the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement and have great creative judgment
As someone who is naturally resilient within a changing and dynamic environment you will be happy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
In order to do all of this you will have fantastic organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Location & Hours of Work
We support hybrid working and we spend 3 days per week in the office at our Luton HQ
