GBS transition Lead
Full Time - Hybrid
London with 50% travel to Derby, Krakow and Indianapolis
THIS IS A 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing
Support the GBS Finance and Data teams with the transitions, encompassing the following:
Reviewing scope to ensure alignment with the GBS Finance and Data processes. feedback in Service catalogue for amendments as required
Ensure that the proposed design is congruent with the strategic design for Finance and that, as such, is future proof: assess for feasibility and sustainability vs. receiving organisation. propose changes when appropriate,
Review resourcing needs and feedback on the Organisation Design proposed - ensure that the role profiles and JD are aligned to global Finance design and that capture the Key competencies and experience required for the role and that they are in line with the GBS competency and role framework
Work with the onsite Transition leaders to find solution for inflight transition issues (process challenges, unexpected vacancy, performance concerns, ad-hoc access issues). Escalate and inform appropriately
Embed the new governance including KPI and SLA reporting
Support in recruitment (interviews and JD validation) as required
Participate and contribute to stage gate reviews
Liaise with GPO and Internal control as required for process harmonisation and control enhancements
Support on site and F2F KT, and provide assurance that Knowledge material produced is of suitable quality and adequately accessible
Identify opportunities for standardisation, elimination, simplification, and automation. Report them internally
Build trusting and collaborative relationship with the finance stakeholders and act as first point of escalation for transition issues and risks

Qualified accountant ACCA CIMA or ACA or international equivalent
Prepared to travel 50% of the time
Previous finance transition experience across all finance services lines and Data
Global GBS experience
Proven stakeholder management skills
Organisation design experience
Project management with transition experience
Clear communication tailored to the audience and circumstances
Attention to detail
Ability to see the bigger picture
Ability to risk assess and recommend solution
