PA Fixed Cost Transformation Manager (8M)
This individual will be accountable for driving end‑to‑end fixed cost transformation across PA. The role partners closely with SBG Finance, functional leaders, and GBE teams to
define, govern, and deliver fixed cost transformation targets aligned to AOP, ensuring disciplined execution throughout the year. This role acts as a
single point of accountability for fixed cost performance versus plan, providing transparency, and leadership insight to enable cost competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the fixed cost transformation agenda for PA, including identification, validation, and execution of cost productivity initiatives aligned to AOP.
- Translate enterprise and SBG productivity targets into clear, executable cost reduction roadmaps with quantified financial impact.
- Establish and run a robust governance cadence to track, challenge, and validate fixed cost reduction plans against AOP commitments across functions and GBEs.
- Partner closely with SBG Finance leaders, functional leaders, and GBE finance teams to influence cost decisions and trade‑offs.
- Ensure alignment of cost transformation actions with AOP, SRO / RF, and census planning processes.
- Provide clear, timely updates to SBG and corporate finance leadership on fixed cost performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/master’s degree in finance, or Business Administration Required Experience 10+ years of overall finance experience
Critical
- A Capable finance professional who has the intellectual curiosity and an attitude in going above and beyond to partner with the business in commercial excellence.
- Exposure to Global Customers with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments / sites.
- Strategic Partner with Corporate Finance and Functional leaders to manage financial targets for the function.
- Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics
- Exposure to Tools like Power BI, Advance excel etc.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion
- The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions
- Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.
