Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality/airline/lounge operations
• Strong communication & customer handling skills
• Experience with VIP/VVIP guests preferred
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee lounge operations and maintain service standards
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and escalations
• Ensure cleanliness, facilities, and overall lounge experience
• Supervise staff and coordinate with teams/vendors
• Manage VIP/VVIP guests with personalized service
• Drive service improvements and ensure compliance
