Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.
- Coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of large and small scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.
- Manage scope, communication, schedules, and budget
- Provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.
- Manage and coordinate communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary.
- Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.
- Perform tasks and other special projects assigned by Group Director – Cargo Commercial
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or the like
- Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- With at least 3-5year work experience in handling projects in the cargo, logistics industry or similar fields
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Have working experience in managing a team
- Knowledge in ticking and reservations systems (Smart Kargo, GDS, Navitaire, SkySpeed, etc.) will be a strong advantage
- Program management knowledge is a plus.
- Keen with details, well-organized, and can multi-task
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
