Salary range: Varies depending on experience - $200K-$230K
Skills:
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA
- 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives through actionable financial insights
- Proven experience leading multi-site and/or global FP&A teams
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, analytics, and operations finance
- Lead enterprise financial strategy, including long-range planning, scenario modeling, and capital allocation
- Translate business objectives into financial targets, operating plans, and measurable performance metrics
- Partner closely with the executive leadership team to evaluate strategic initiatives, footprint optimization, and major capital investments
- Oversee the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models
- Deliver executive-level reporting that clearly communicates performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support pricing strategy, product margin optimization, and overall cost competitiveness initiatives
