ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of Network billing and issuing pricing proposals using corporate pricing tools. This role will support the APAC CD&E Commercial Managers in ensuring accurate and timely billing, as well as in preparing competitive pricing proposals.
The Contract Administrator will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all contractual and pricing obligations are met, and that client relationships are maintained at a high standard.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Network Billing Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end billing process for Network services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and validate invoices to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in collaboration with the finance and operations teams.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Pricing Proposals:
- Develop and issue pricing proposals using corporate pricing tools in response to client requests or as part of contract renewals.
- Ensure that all pricing proposals are competitive, compliant with corporate guidelines, and aligned with market conditions.
- Collaborate with Network Commercial Managers to tailor proposals to client needs and strategic goals.
- Regularly review and update pricing models to reflect changes in cost structures, market trends, and corporate strategy.
- Contract Management: (we should not duplicate with Meei Sy’s scope???)
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of Network service contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, providing support to Network Commercial Managers in managing contract renewals and amendments.
- Maintain an organized repository of pricing proposals, and related documents.
- Support to C&DE Commercial Managers:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Network Commercial Managers in their day-to-day activities.
- Prepare reports and analysis on contract performance, billing, and pricing for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, meetings, and other materials required by Network Commercial Managers.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, including finance, operations, legal, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of billing and pricing activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries, pricing proposals, and contractual obligations.
- Support internal and external audits related to contract management, billing, and pricing activities.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing and pricing processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing and pricing activities.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, billing, or pricing, preferably within the telecommunications or network services industry.
- Familiarity with corporate pricing tools and contract management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing and pricing activities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and pricing models.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with billing and pricing software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
