Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée “Supply Chain & Quality Manager (SCQM) - Business Transformation”vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de Supply Chain & Quality Managers (SCQMs) au sein du département “PIAT3 - Composite Detail Parts - Supply Chain & Quality”.
L’apprentissage consistera à assurer l’amélioration et le suivi de la gouvernance du service dans un contexte de changements majeurs.
Le rôle du SCQM (Supply Chain & Quality Manager) chez PIAT3
Le SCQM est le garant de la performance fournisseurs (On Time & On Quality). Sa mission est vitale : protéger les lignes d'assemblage d'Airbus en s'assurant que chaque pièce soit livrée avec le niveau de qualité requis et dans les délais impartis, tout en garantissant la stricte conformité aux réglementations aéronautiques.
Véritable chef d'orchestre, le SCQM interface en interne avec les Achats, le Bureau d’Études, le Manufacturing Engineering, la Qualité et la Production. Il pilote la performance opérationnelle et assure une surveillance terrain rigoureuse (audits, résolutions de problèmes techniques ou logistiques) pour prévenir tout risque de rupture de la chaîne de production.
Sa mission est double :
L’équipe PIAT3 est responsable du panel mondial de fournisseurs de pièces primaires en composite et de petits assemblages. Elle doit intervenir pour sécuriser l'approvisionnement de sites stratégiques : Nantes, Saint-Nazaire (Montoir), Toulouse (Lignes d'Assemblage Final, St Éloi, Atelier éléctrique A30), ainsi que le site Airbus America à Kinston (Caroline du Nord).
Contexte de la mission : Un service en pleine mutation
Le service PIAT3 évolue aujourd'hui dans un environnement en profonde transformation. Suite à une réorganisation récente de l'équipe et à l'évolution des portefeuilles de chacun, nous relevons un défi industriel majeur : l’intégration de la Supply Chain du site Airbus America à Kinston (ex-Spirit AeroSystems), acquis fin 2025.
Cette intégration représente une véritable révolution opérationnelle pour notre périmètre, incluant la gestion de 8 nouveaux contrats, l'intégration de 4 nouveaux fournisseurs et une refonte globale de nos processus de suivi.
Dans ce cadre en pleine mutation, PIAT3 adapte actuellement sa gouvernance, ses outils de pilotage et son reporting pour répondre aux exigences de ce nouveau scope international et s’adapter au mieux à la réorganisation du service.
Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an(s).
Vos Missions : Piloter le changement et l'excellence opérationnelle
Directement rattaché(e) au Manager du service, et Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous jouerez un rôle de facilitateur et de support stratégique dans le déploiement de cette nouvelle organisation.
1. Déploiement de la Gouvernance & Reporting :
Participer activement à la mise en place de la nouvelle structure de pilotage du service.
Contribuer au design et à l'automatisation des tableaux de bord (KPIs) pour le suivi de la performance des fournisseurs (notamment le nouveau périmètre US).
Assurer la fiabilité des données de reporting pour faciliter la prise de décision.
2. Support au Management et Coordination :
Assister le manager dans la gestion quotidienne de l'équipe (animation des rituels, suivi des plans d'actions).
Préparer les supports de communication pour les revues de performance internes et externes.
3. Interface Transversale :
Agir comme point de contact pour fluidifier les échanges entre les services internes Airbus et les fournisseurs internationaux.
Soutenir l'équipe dans la résolution de problématiques logistiques ou qualité ponctuelles liées à la phase d'intégration.
Ce poste vous offre une vision transverse unique sur la Supply Chain aéronautique mondiale et vous plonge au cœur de l'actualité stratégique d'Airbus.
Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 (École de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou Master spécialisé) avec une spécialisation en Ingénierie Aérospatiale, Supply Chain, Gestion de projet ou Management Industriel, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 an(s).
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Aisance avec les données : Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office ou G-Suite pour structurer le nouveau reporting.
Culture industrielle : Une première connaissance des enjeux de production ou de qualité (idéalement aéronautique) est un plus.
Adaptabilité & Agilité : Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements qui bougent ("change management") et savez prioriser vos tâches face à des imprévus.
Esprit de synthèse : Vous savez transformer des informations complexes en indicateurs clairs et visuels.
Connaissances digitales: Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils digitaux et l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle.
Excellent relationnel : En tant qu'appui au manager, vous savez communiquer avec diplomatie auprès d'interlocuteurs variés (internes et externes).
Autonomie & Proactivité : Vous n'attendez pas les consignes pour proposer des améliorations sur les outils ou les processus.

An apprenticeship offer entitled “PIAT3: Supply Chain & Quality team support - Continuous Improvement & team Governance” has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on Blagnac site. You will join a team of Supply Chain & Quality Managers (SCQMs) within the department “Composite Detail Parts - Supply Chain & Quality”.
The apprenticeship will focus on improving and monitoring the department's governance within a context of major changes.
The Role of the SCQM (Supply Chain & Quality Manager) at PIAT3
The SCQM is the guarantor of supplier performance (On Time & On Quality). Their mission is vital: protecting Airbus assembly lines by ensuring every part is delivered with the required quality level and within the set lead times, while strictly adhering to aeronautical regulations.
Acting as a true orchestrator, the SCQM interfaces internally with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production. They drive operational performance and ensure rigorous on-site surveillance (audits, resolution of technical or logistical issues) to prevent any risk of production line disruption.
The mission is twofold:
The PIAT3 team manages a global panel of composite detail parts and small assembly suppliers. The team intervenes to secure the supply chain for strategic sites including Nantes, Saint-Nazaire (Montoir), Toulouse (Final Assembly Lines, St Éloi, A30 Electrical Shop), as well as the Airbus America site in Kinston (North Carolina).
Mission Context: A Department in Transformation
The PIAT3 department is currently operating in an environment of profound transformation. Following a recent team reorganization and a redistribution of portfolios, we are tackling a major industrial challenge: the Supply Chain integration of the Airbus America site in Kinston (formerly Spirit AeroSystems), acquired in late 2025.
This integration represents a true operational revolution for our scope, including the management of 8 new contracts, the onboarding of 4 new suppliers, and a global overhaul of our monitoring processes.
Within this fast-changing framework, PIAT3 is currently adapting its governance, steering tools, and reporting to meet the requirements of this new international scope and to best align with the department’s reorganization.
This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 or 2 years.
Your Missions: Driving Change and Operational Excellence
Reporting directly to the Department Manager and guided by your Tutor, you will act as a facilitator and provide strategic support in deploying this new organizational structure.
1. Deployment of Governance & Reporting:
Actively participate in establishing the department's new steering structure.
Contribute to the design and automation of dashboards (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance (specifically for the new US scope).
Ensure the reliability of reporting data to facilitate effective decision-making.
2. Management Support & Coordination:
Assist the manager in the daily operations of the team (facilitating team rituals/meetings, tracking action plans).
Prepare communication materials and presentations for internal and external performance reviews.
3. Cross-functional Interface:
Act as a point of contact to streamline exchanges between Airbus internal departments and international suppliers.
Support the team in resolving ad-hoc logistical or quality issues related to the integration phase.
The "Plus": This position offers a unique cross-functional view of the global aerospace supply chain and places you at the heart of Airbus's current strategic priorities.
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training (Business or Ingenieering schools or specialised master degree) in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Industrial Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Data Proficiency: You are proficient in MS Office or G-Suite to structure new reporting systems.
Industrial Awareness: Prior knowledge of production or quality challenges (ideally within the aerospace industry) is a plus.
Adaptability & Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments (change management) and can effectively prioritize tasks when faced with unexpected challenges.
Analytical & Synthesis Skills: You have the ability to transform complex information into clear, visual indicators and dashboards.
Digital Savvy: You are comfortable learning new digital tools and leveraging Artificial Intelligence in your daily work.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: As a support to the manager, you communicate with diplomacy and tact across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Autonomy & Proactivity: You don't wait for instructions to suggest improvements to existing tools or processes.
