The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative operations, recruitment activities, policy review, and campus management initiatives. This role is ideal for a student seeking hands‑on exposure to HR processes in an industrial/manufacturing environment. The position focuses on organization, communication, and compliance support.
*Recruitment & Onboarding Support
oAssist with posting job openings on internal/external platforms
oHelp source candidates or review resumes
oSchedule interviews and support communication with applicants
oAssist with onboarding activities
*HR Administration & File Organization
oOrganize employee files (digital and physical) to ensure accuracy and compliance
oScan documents and save or rename files into the correct folders
oSupport document management and record‑keeping improvements
oHelp maintain confidentiality of employee information
*Policy Review & Compliance Support
oAssist in reviewing HR policies and procedures
oIdentify inconsistencies or gaps and propose improvements
oConduct basic research or benchmarking on HR best practices
oEnsure updated files and policies are properly stored
*Campus Management & Outreach
oHelp develop a list/database of potential campus partners
oDraft outreach emails or prepare introductory materials
*Optional / As-Interest Activities (Only if the intern shows interest or team workload requires)
oSupport training and development activities
oAssist with event coordination and employee engagement initiatives
Education and/or Experience:
*Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
*First experience
Knowledge/Skills:
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
*Able to maintain confidentiality
