In this vital role, you will perform hands-on experiments, develop a deep understanding of encapsulation and delivery systems, and contribute to creating products that inspire the world. Pay $24/hour
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, or Chemistry
- Proven ability to follow research plans and conduct experiments accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with analytical techniques and material characterization
- Familiarity with encapsulation, microencapsulation, or related delivery systems
- Prior laboratory research experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelorâs degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Entry-level candidates with a passion for science and innovation are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to spend significant time conducting experiments at the bench
- Ability to coordinate with team members and manage multiple tasks smoothly
