What You Will Do
- Support the testing, rollout, and communication efforts of the new HR appraisal, leave and attendance system.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the Employer Value Proposition to attract and retain talent.
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and create presentation materials to support business decisions and proposals.
- Support the monthly tracking of HR metrics such as headcount reporting and APACT Talent Index.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including the management of contingent workers.
- Support employee engagement activities such as Skip Level meetings, Pulse Surveys, All-Hands meetings, and DE&I events.
- Assist the team in any other HR project, as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job training.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills (English), spoken and written.
