Job Title
Executive, Material Planning
Reports To
Senior Executive, Material Planning
Role Purpose
Planning and coordination of materials requirements in support of scheduled, non-scheduled and cabin standards maintenance activity for specific fleet type.
Key Accountability
- Maintain an adequate inventory level at all times to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Review and ensure re-order levels for all the expendable and consumable spare parts.
- Coordinate with Technical Services, Planning, Aircraft Maintenance, MOC Defect Control section and associated Workshops to resolve queries related to aircraft parts.
- Manage hard time component forecasts and ensure parts availability for scheduled component removals.
- Support in terms of continuous improvement of material planning processes.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent training conducted by world-known aviation training academy with 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Engineering fields.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to communicate with representatives.
- Ability to understand aircraft technical terms and understand engineering documents including aircraft manuals and company procedures.
