As our Loyalty Product Lead, you will act as the strategic and operational bridge between Doters and Viva, leading the integration, evolution, and delivery of loyalty product initiatives across Viva’s digital channels (web and app).
This role owns the definition, prioritization, and implementation of all loyalty-related requirements, ensuring the Doters experience is seamlessly embedded within Viva’s digital ecosystem. The position requires strong coordination, influence, and governance skills to ensure high-quality, timely execution across both organizations, in an environment where negotiation and collaboration are essential.
Your deliverables will include:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, UX/UI, and/or technology integration (ideally within airlines, e-commerce, travel tech, fintech, or loyalty environments).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, leading cross-functional digital initiatives in coordination with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong capability to define product problems beyond surface-level requests, structuring clear, testable, and actionable requirements.
- Solid understanding of digital architecture, APIs, and integration flows, as well as agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of full-stack environments (front-end frameworks, back-end logic, data flows, and cloud ecosystems).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across business, tech, UX, and operations.
- Ability to translate business and loyalty objectives into measurable product experiences, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.

- Negotiation & Influence: Builds alignment across teams with different priorities, driving consensus and forward momentum.
