The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute revenue‑maximizing pricing strategies across an assigned U.S. – Caribbean/Central American scope. The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators, determine fare structures, define pricing segmentation, and shape competitive strategy. This role partners closely with inventory management, network planning, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.
Position Responsibilities
- Quickly analyze large datasets, clearly summarize insights, and effectively communicate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven peer leadership.
- Apply prior analytical experience to independently manage complex, high‑visibility market scopes or strategic projects.
- Identify and assess market trends and issues; determine appropriate pricing actions; file those actions accurately; and perform post‑implementation audits to evaluate effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently in a time‑sensitive, team‑oriented, and results‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Leverage advanced technical skills and subject matter expertise to support pricing strategy development.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Hyperion/Brio, SAS, Tableau, and Diio considered a plus
- Familiarity with pricing systems (ATPCO, AirPrice, and DLTerm) preferred.
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, or related field is strongly preferred.
