Description
Support Employee Experience and internal stakeholders by creating high‑quality, creative, and engaging written and visual communication outputs that bring the company’s people initiatives to life. The role is responsible for developing compelling copy, contributing creative concepts, and delivering basic graphic design outcomes using approved templates to support internal communications, marketing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives. The position requires exceptional English writing capability, strong creative thinking, and the ability to translate ideas, insights, and concepts into clear, on‑brand content tailored to different employee personas, while ensuring consistency with brand tone of voice and communication guidelines.
Your Duties Would Include
- Develop creative, engaging, and accurate written content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding activities.
- Contribute to creative ideation by developing communication concepts, campaign themes, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches in collaboration with stakeholders and agencies.
- Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content formats including creative copy, campaign messaging, scripts, press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, reports, and long‑form editorial content.
- Manage and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns end‑to‑end, from concept development and content creation to rollout and post‑campaign review.
- Coordinate the distribution of communications and marketing campaigns across all relevant internal and external channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Support campaign execution by working with internal teams and external agencies, including briefing, reviewing and finalising storyboards, proofreading scripts, and aligning messaging across channels.
- Initiate and manage internal communications activities, including drafting content, managing approval workflows, publishing across internal platforms, and ensuring full coverage of available channels and resources.
- Adapt messaging for different employee personas, demonstrating empathy, cultural awareness, and a clear understanding of audience needs and communication objectives.
- Analyse data, insights, and campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI, identifying opportunities to optimise and improve future campaigns.
- Support basic graphic design execution by populating approved templates (presentations, posters, banners, internal assets, digital visuals) in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, Employee Experience teams, designers, and agencies to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of outputs.
- Ensure all written and visual materials comply with corporate branding, EVP, tone of voice, and communication standards.
- Basic graphic design skills with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are required; proficiency in PowerPoint is considered a plus.

Qualification
We Are Looking For a Passionate And Experienced Professional To Join Our Employee Experience Team. To Be Successful The Candidate Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communication, Graphic and Digital Design or Equivalent.
- Relevant field related experience.
- Excellent time management skills to deliver quality marketing materials on time, and handling multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting capability, including storytelling, scriptwriting, and campaign messaging.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas and translate them into clear written and visual communication outputs.
- High level of literacy and confidence working across short form and long form content.
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and ability to adapt content for different personas and audiences.
- Ability to analyse data and insights and communicate them through engaging, accessible content.
- Willingness and ability to execute basic graphic design tasks using templates; openness to learning design tools and processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset combined with structure, accuracy, and quality focus.
