We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Employee Partner!
Currently, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an onsite HR Employee Partner in our North Gate Yelahanka GCC facility, supporting 450+ Front line Employees in Engineering and Digital Business.
The position requires someone who is passionate about employee relations and Business development. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies that will impact our Growing businesses in Engineering; Supply Chain; Digital and Commercial Engine. This role will be reporting to the PW India HR Leader in India. You will play a key role in driving business growth while maintaining strong fundamental and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment. Your strategic mindset and extensive knowledge of human resources will support our business objectives and enhance our workforce capabilities.

What You Will Do :
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders.
- Partner with leadership to implement and raise awareness about HR programs which support the business goals and produce results in a complex matrix environment. Support People Strategy through positive employee relations.
- Monitor and proactively address engagement risks. Drive employee engagement strategy with available data & tools including employee surveys.
- Assist with site-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning activities. Support recruiting and retention strategy, efforts, and programs.
- Provide HR support in administration and grievance management for all employees in the Businesses.
- Manage the recruiting and onboarding process for FTE’s and Contract Employees
- Assist with administration of investigations, employee and supervisor inquiries, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct internal investigations with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and integrity; suggest appropriate plan of action and resolutions.
- Drive human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of application of HR and Company practices and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations, EH&S policies, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented with :
- Proven experience in HR Partnering role who has worked in Matrix Organization with Global Exposure
- Independently Supported Business with minimum Headcount of 300 – 400 people
- Deep expertise in HR Employee Lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Leadership and People development.
- Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with all levels of leadership.
- Must be able to Adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
Qualifications You Must Have :
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Partnering preferably within Engineering; IT/ ITES or in High Paced growth Organization or Aerospace domain
- Master’s in business administration in HR from reputed institute
- Ability to think logically and independently to comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutions
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint is advantage
- Qualifications We Prefer
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Successfully managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities, while maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Professional maturity and integrity in handling confidential information
- Solid background and experience in employee relations
- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Ability to influence without direct supervisory responsibilities
- High degree of professional maturity and integrity in handling confidential information is essential
- Fluency in Workday and Excel
