Job Description:
The candidate will join the Health Management and Predictive Analytics team and will contribute to the development ofHealth and Usage Management Systems (HUMS) in several platforms (A400M, PATMAR, SIRTAP, EuroDrone, Hurjet, etc..)
HUMS is a critical system that monitors aircraft or equipment health and usage , enabling early fault detection, predictive maintenance and enhanced safety and reliability.

Candidate will participate in the following activities:
Lead systems engineering activities in order to specify, develop, integrate, qualify and certify health management systems in accordance with Airbus Defence and Space standards.
Be responsible to define HUMS architecture, acting as HW/SWdesigneranalystfor the development of on-board centralized Big Data architectures.
Have the ability to identify the activities of the development life cycle that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements.
Gather customer requirements for its analysis and incorporation in the product.
Define checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectation aligned with program phases and gates
Elaborate the product detailed design in accordance with system allocated requirements and architecture.
Be responsible for the integration of the Health management system integration on aircraft.
Specify, require, and support Laboratory, Ground and Flight tests needed for the development, certification and qualification (V&V) of Health Management systems.
Lead data management activities for massive information, from data gathering, manipulating processing and storing.
Next skills for this positions would be appreciated:
Experience in on-board hardware and software equipment design life-cycle and supplier management.
Experience in SWdesign & development
Experience in development on-boardedhigh performance computers.
Experience working in A400M, C-295,SiRTAP or EuroDrone Programs.
Excellent knowledge of development & integration activities, from requirements capture to verification/validation activities to achieve a qualified/certified system. That includes engineering fields as safety, quality assurance, configuration control, etc. applied to health management systems.
Good knowledge of procurement activities, from supplier selection to control and monitoring activities.
Tools requirements for system engineering: DOORS, ICDMS,SNT, ABDs, Eclipse.
Good communication skills, assertiveness and willingness to travel
Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written
