Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
This role will serve as the main point of contact for the Sustainment College Intern Program, High School Intern program, Cross Capability Cohort Program, and Sustainment Employee Learning initiatives. This role drives timely planning, requisition reconciliation, and clear communication among employees, leaders, Human Resources, and enterprise partners.
This role is positioned in Sustainment Operations, within Lockheed Martin (LM) Aeronautics, and in the simplest terms, Sustainment Operations is focused on keeping aircraft flying globally anytime, anywhere. Desired Skills
Background in curriculum design, talent development, and workforce planning
Proven experience managing budgets.
Experience presenting to and influencing a set of stakeholders
Motivated self-starter who performs without appreciable direction and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated aptitude for decision making and continuous-process improvement
Track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
