The Senior Manager, IT Engineering will play a critical leadership role in powering our Loyalty platform—the engine behind how we recognize and care for our most valued customers. This role leads an experienced engineering team responsible for delivering and supporting an Oracle Siebel–based solution that underpins the AAdvantage® program, Sales capabilities, Admirals Club operations, and Customer Relations services. Operating in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment, this leader will drive technical excellence, foster a culture of innovation, and partner closely with product, business, and technology teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and customer‑centric solutions that support the continued evolution of our Loyalty ecosystem.
