Job Title: Sr. Executive Business Development
Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of UAV products to effectively
communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Sales Execution: Independently handle the sales process from prospecting to closing deals,
preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to
identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking
events, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries,
and provide solutions through UAV products and services.
• Sales Techniques: Apply effective sales strategies and techniques to convert leads into long-term
customers.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales data, identify trends, and suggest
improvements to optimize performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth
communication and coordinated execution of activities.

Requirement Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong enthusiasm for sales and proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment.
