What You Will Do *
- Manage and oversee subcontracting activities within the supply chain.
- Strong contracts, Statement of work and procurement knowledge.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to achieve favorable terms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and engineering contractors for resource requirements.
- Float RFQs and source suitable contractor profiles.
- Conduct background verification of candidates and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and certify contractor working hours for accurate payment processing.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage accruals and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure complete adherence to local statutory and compliance requirements.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Purchase request and Purchase order processes and overall supply chain workflows.
- Conduct business review meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Perform spend analysis and headcount analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Deliver clear communication and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive cost savings

Qualifications You Must Have *
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; /MBA .
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
