GOOSE Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a valued aviation client in Malta in their search for a
Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (NPCA). This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the continuing airworthiness of the fleet in accordance with regulatory requirements, while supporting ongoing operational excellence.

The Role
As the Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness, you will be responsible for overseeing all continuing airworthiness activities across the organisation. You will lead the continuing airworthiness function, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure the fleet is maintained in a safe and compliant condition.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of the continuing airworthiness team and associated activities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA Part CAMO / Part M)
- Responsibility for technical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Development and management of continuing airworthiness policies and procedures
- Oversight and approval of maintenance programmes
- Liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
- Supporting audits and maintaining a strong safety and compliance culture
About You
You are a driven and proactive aviation professional with proven experience as a
Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident in taking ownership of regulatory compliance, and are looking for your next challenge where you can make a real impact.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience in an NPCA (or equivalent senior CAMO) position
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with the EASA regulatory environment
- Experience overseeing continuing airworthiness and technical records
- Ideally, experience working with De Havilland aircraft or other turboprop fleets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
