GOOSE Recruitment is partnering with a fast‑growing European business jet operator to recruit a Charter Sales Representative based in Malta.
This role sits at the centre of charter sales and flight operations, supporting the full lifecycle of private jet flights worldwide, from initial enquiry through to execution.
The successful candidate will handle incoming charter requests, produce accurate and competitive quotations, and convert these into confirmed bookings. Working closely with internal operational teams and external suppliers, you will ensure each flight is delivered seamlessly and in full compliance with EASA regulations, while consistently maintaining a high standard of service for clients and charter partners.
In addition to day‑to‑day charter sales activity, the role offers the opportunity to proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities, while managing associated administrative and reporting responsibilities in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
This role will suit someone with previous experience or internship exposure within aviation, ideally in charter sales, operations, or a related role, and a genuine interest in business aviation. You will bring a proactive and commercially minded approach, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure, supported by good IT proficiency. This position operates on a two‑on, two‑off shift pattern, including nights and weekends, and applicants must have full rights to live and work in Malta.
