About The Role
Do you crave a role in which you will shape the future of crew readiness by designing intelligent, forward-looking training solutions that will power our innovative and digitally native operations?
You’ll take ownership of the planning and optimisation of crew training, ensuring alignment with operational needs, fleet growth, and regulatory standards while supporting a high-performing training ecosystem.
This role will see you create and refine training plans across all horizons, ensuring timely, efficient delivery that reflects business priorities and manpower demands.
You will manage complex training schedules with confidence, maintaining stability and adapting quickly to operational changes to keep crew readiness on track. Further, you will be responsible for optimising simulator, instructor, and resource allocation, using data-driven insights to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational resilience.
Importantly, your role will drive long-term capacity planning, anticipating future training demand and mitigating risks to maintain continuity.
A collaborative professional, you must collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to deliver a seamless, integrated training operation aligned with our organisation’s standards.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced airline operations environment.
