We are seeking a Ground Operations Support Agent to join Volotea’s Operations team in our office. This role sits at the core of our operational ecosystem, helping to ensure that every flight is supported by strong coordination, clear communication, and excellent execution.
You will play an important part in enabling safe and efficient ground operations across our network, contributing directly to our mission of connecting European cities with reliability and care. How will it be to work with us?
Airport support on daily doubts, system use or documentation requests.
Exceptional requirements authorisations and requests.
Delays monitoring and codification.
Flight watch and support.
Welfare assistance coordination with airports according to EU261.
Airport database update.
Delays management and other incidences
Assure the correct information is received by Handling Agents and Passengers in case of disruption and in coordination with Customer Response Team.
Monitoring of assistance given and passenger status follow up.
Cost control on assistance delivered.

What will make you succeed in this position:
Willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Willing to work H24 shifts in the operations control center (including weekends and nights).
Airline previous background will be highly valued.
Good communication skills.
Teamwork is a must!
High English & Spanish level will be required (necessary to develop daily tasks, all communications by phone or email will be in English). French, Greek or Italian is a plus.
