About The Role
Are you a technology delivery leader who thrives on complexity, scale, and the challenge of connecting enterprise systems in a fast moving, digital first environment?
In this pivotal role, we are seeking a Manager, Integration Delivery to lead the end to end delivery of our integration capabilities.
You'll will shape and execute the enterprise integration delivery model, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across internal systems and third party platforms that underpin the airline’s digital and operational ecosystem.
Importantly, you are required to drive integration delivery excellence by analysing current integration maturity, defining target state architectures, and managing complex, multi stream delivery across APIs, messaging, and event driven integrations.
Central to your success in this role, you will work closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and alignment with enterprise standards and business priorities.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration initiatives, integration platforms, or complex technology programs.
You'll bring hands‑on experience delivering integration solutions using modern integration patterns such as API‑led connectivity, messaging, and event‑driven architectures, along with a strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and working with engineering, architecture, and product partners to deliver complex, platform‑level capabilities.
Critically, you should have strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate business, architectural, and technical requirements into clear delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
Your ability to manage complex stakeholders, govern delivery execution, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across integration delivery will make you successful in this role.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience within airline, travel, or large‑scale enterprise environments, familiarity with platforms such as IBM Cloud Pak for Integration or similar technologies, and experience operating within agile or product‑led delivery models.
