Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.
In this role you’ll play a key role in ensuring the availability and flow of aircraft materials across our network, while gaining exposure to logistics projects and operational improvement initiatives.
This role goes beyond day-to-day coordination — you’ll work closely with different teams, understand operational needs, and contribute to improving how materials are planned, moved, and delivered.

How will it be to work with us?
Coordinate the logistics and availability of aircraft parts, ensuring alignment with operational and maintenance needs
Support fleet activities by helping define the most suitable material sourcing approaches (exchange, loan, purchase, etc.)
Collaborate with Maintenance & Engineering teams to anticipate requirements and improve planning
Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely and reliable delivery
Monitor material flows across the network, identifying risks, delays, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to logistics projects, including retrofit campaigns and operational improvement initiatives
Support cost awareness and efficiency efforts through data tracking and analysis
Help improve processes, tools, and reporting, contributing to a more efficient supply chain

What will make you succeed in this position:
Experience in aviation logistics or supply chain (airline, MRO, or similar environment) is a must.
Understanding of aircraft parts, logistics flows, and operational constraints.
Familiarity with systems such as AMOS, ILS, or similar tools.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and partners.
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English (French, Spanish or Italian are a plus).
