The Project Manager CO-OP will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to various business projects and initiatives within the IFS program. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks)
- Support continuous improvement efforts by assisting with research, data collection, and basic analysis related to IFS program execution
- Gather and review data to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives
- Contribute ideas and suggestions aimed at improving processes and enhancing the flight attendant and frontline leader experience
- Work with cross‑functional partners to learn how teams align and collaborate to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist with coordinating meetings, including preparing materials and documenting key discussions and action items
- Help prepare project updates, status reports, and routine communications for team members and executive stakeholders
- Support the development of presentations and reports by organizing data and drafting content under guidance.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
- Ability to build strong internal partnerships by collaborating across the department and with key business partners to align goals, address challenges, and drive results
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and value inclusivity
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and security
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints while being able to manage and prioritize multiple project requests conjointly
- Proficient in using PC software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet and Power BI experience a plus
- Exhibits a drive for results and takes ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time

Co-op Program Outline
- The Co-Op will work at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a paid position, including additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty
- Co-ops will spend three alternating semesters working full-time at Delta and enrolled in courses at your university
- Example: Fall 2026- 1st rotation, Spring 2026- school, Summer 2026- 2nd rotation, Fall 2027- school, and Spring 2027- 3rd rotation
- Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
