Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree or Juris Doctor.
- Contract life cycle experience including proposals,
negotiations, administration, and closeout
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts
- Possess basic working knowledge of the Federal
Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
- Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Who You Are
The Contracts Management representative will work within the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) Market Segment. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment managing contracts, negotiating directly with U.S. Government customers and interacting with their respective programmatic teams. They will review customer requests for proposals and offer alternate approaches to mitigate risks involving schedule, cost, specifications, etc. The Contracts Management representative will maintain communication with cross-functional organizations and customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to execute the required actions on time. The Contracts Management representative will ensure contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. They will communicate and present to internal and external customers.
