Your responsibilities:
Partner with Divisions to embed standard planning routines (cadence, roles, escalation).
Coach planners/buyers on MRP/DRP execution and exception management.
Diagnose chronic issues (shortages, expedites, instability, excess) and drive actions with owners.
Improve data/parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) through governance.
Support change & rollout (tools/process updates, training, hypercare) and spread best practices.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Logistics or Engineering
3+ experience in Supply planning/materials planning experience; strong grasp of MRP/DRP.
ERP/planning tool exposure (e.g., SAP/JDE/APO); strong Excel/analytics.
Proven ability to influence and drive adoption across teams.
ASCM/APICS knowledge (CPIM preferred) or willingness to pursue.
