Johnson Service Group, has an immediate opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a Global Medical Device Company in
El Segundo, CA
Contract | Hybrid | $28 - $34 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews across multiple time zones
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience
- Provide real-time support on interview days and adapt quickly to scheduling changes
- Prepare and deliver accurate offer letters in partnership with recruiters
- Confirm completion and accuracy of new hire documentation through the preboarding portal
- Communicate onboarding status and proactively address any delays or issuesManage background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle reports
- Initiate and track contingencies, providing regular updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Identify delays, guide candidates through the process, and escalate issues as needed
- Support adverse action processes when required
- Launch and manage onboarding workflows, ensuring timely completion of all steps
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers, IT, and Credentialing teams to support new hires
- Ensure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements
- Facilitate new hire orientation and manage welcome materials and onboarding logistics
- Track onboarding and offboarding activities for consultants
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and standard operating procedures
- Provide cross-functional support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, including global teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
