π’ We are looking for our next SPECIAL SERVICES AGENT to join the PREFERRED SERVICES β AIRPORTS Management team in Rome, Italy. You will play a key role in caring for the end-to-end experience of Special Services passengers, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

π Thereβs no routine hereβevery day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
β Assisting with check-in, boarding, and disembarkation of Signature and GOSS passengers.
β Caring for the passenger experience, anticipating contingencies, and resolving potential service disruptions.
β Ensuring a comprehensive and excellence-driven experience throughout the entire journey.
π― What do you need to take off in this role?
β A degree in Tourism or a related field.
β At least 2 year of experience in customer service or the airport industry (mandatory).
β Knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
β We need you to have an advanced level of English and Spanish (mandatory). If you got this far, weβre flying in the same direction!
