Rishworth is seeking a Manager – Planning, Records & Warranty who will oversee the delivery of aircraft maintenance plans, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures, and airworthiness standards. The role also manages warranty processes and maintenance documentation systems while leading the planning and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance programs to ensure efficient tracking and completion of all scheduled and unscheduled activities.
This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and requires relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided for successful candidates.
Job Responsibilities

Lead maintenance planning and forecasting activities across short-, medium-, and long-term timeframes to ensure operational readiness.

Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives.

Manage unplanned maintenance needs to reduce aircraft downtime and maintain performance targets.

Oversee maintenance records, documentation, and tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Administer warranty processes, including reviewing documentation, managing claims, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Optimize the use of resources, tools, and systems while driving cost efficiency and supporting maintenance operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Airbus A320 aircraft considered an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry, with at least 5 years in maintenance planning, technical records, warranty management, or a related function.
