JSG is recruiting a Real Estate Investment Associate for a client in Wilmington, DE. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with senior executives on sourcing, underwriting, and closing high-impact transactions, gaining unparalleled exposure to all facets of the real estate investment lifecycle.
Pay $110K+ depending on experience
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of investment experience in a commercial real estate investment firm.
- Expertise in Excel and Argus Enterprise
- Proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis
- Strong math and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with loan documents, partnership agreements, leases, and related legal documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Argus Enterprise (beyond foundational knowledge)
- Exposure to due diligence, offering memorandums, and capital markets transactions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Prior experience training or mentoring junior team members
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate finance experience
