The Kraków Rolls‑Royce Global Capability Centre represents an exciting new chapter in the growth of Rolls‑Royce Group Business Services. Designed to support global operations and employee services, the Centre is a key hub for enabling operational efficiency and strengthening global business processes. It delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.
As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting them in building high-performing teams and driving a positive employee experience. You’ll work closely with managers to execute people strategies aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement people solutions that support strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, employee relations, and organisational design.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of belonging.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward teams to deliver integrated HR support.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Coach leaders to drive engagement, performance, and a positive workplace culture.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Passion for people, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
